My wife and I were looking to downsize from our Buick Enclave to a smaller crossover vehicle. We had looked at GM products but she was not pleased with the comfort or the available colors. She saw a Subaru Outback here in the Villages and talked to the owner as to what kind of car it was and was he pleased with it. After glowing remarks from the owner, I went on the internet just before Christmas to see what colors Subaru offered in 2012. I also checked Consumer Reports and they highly recommended the Outback and Forester. Luckily Subaru had the color she wanted. After checking the Bill Bryan website, I discovered that an Outback of the preferred color was en-route to Bill Bryan Subaru. I put in an internet request and Ms. Kimberly Gause, the Internet Director, quickly responded to me the next morning.  My wife and I drove over to Bill Bryan in Leesburg and met with the Sales Consultant Sam Genao. Sam was very professional and non-pressuring. He showed her the Outback and Forester and said he could get the color she wanted in the Outback. She preferred the Outback for comfort, size and visibility. I left a deposit on the Outback. I went back on Friday 12/30/11 to finalize the deal. The trade value they offered me on my Buick Enclave was more than fair.

I can strongly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru. The entire staff is very helpful and we never felt pressured to make the deal. Our Sales Consultant, Sam, was great!

As far as the Outback is concerned, it rides just as comfortably as the Enclave which is a much more expensive and heavier car. We are very pleased with the Outback. If it just had OnStar, it would be perfect.

We were shopping for a 2010 Subaru Legacy Sedan that we had already chosen at another dealership and contacted Mike via email. His response was immediate. He is knowlegable in both sales and service and such an obvious asset to this dealership I have to wonder why he isn't running the whole sales team! But what do I know? I'm just a completely satisfied customer....
